Fine Aggregate Testing

Fine aggregate (sand) is tested to confirm it falls within an acceptable grading zone under IS 383, is free of excess silt, clay and organic matter, and has known density and absorption characteristics for mix-design calculations.

We test river sand, manufactured sand (M-sand) and crushed stone sand for sieve analysis, silt content, specific gravity, water absorption and bulk density, covering the full set of checks a concrete or mortar mix design needs.
